Session Format & Location

Initial Consultation
30 minutes (Free)
Thinking about taking that first step towards feeling better can be a big decision. That's why I offer a free initial chat – it's really all about you getting a sense of whether working with me feels right.
During this time, you get to share what's on your mind, at your own pace. You can ask me anything about how I work and what therapy might look like for you specifically. It's a chance for you to experience my approach and see if you feel comfortable and understood.
There's no pressure at all – this is your opportunity to explore if I'm the right person to support you on your journey. It's about you feeling empowered to make the best choice for yourself.
