What Is Complex Trauma?

 Complex trauma often comes from repeated or long-term emotional stress—especially in environments where your emotional needs weren’t met.

You may be experiencing:

  • Ongoing anxiety or emotional overwhelm
  • A harsh inner critic or deep shame
  • Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in relationships
  • People pleasing, perfectionism, or emotional shutdown

Psychoeducation – helping you understand how trauma and nervous system patterns shape thoughts, behaviours and emotions (you’re not broken — you’re responding to what happened)
